Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by 1000530716 Ontario Inc. DBA Luxe Rides Toronto (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a ride, submitting a request, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide premium chauffeured transportation services including airport transfers, private rides, corporate travel, and event transportation. All services are subject to availability.
Booking & Payment
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or required deposit.
• Local rides may require a 20–25% deposit.
• Long-distance and out-of-town bookings require full payment in advance.
• All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or special requests.
Waiting Time & Grace Period
• A complimentary grace period of up to 15 minutes is included.
• From 16–30 minutes: no charge (premium service buffer).
• From 31–45 minutes: $15 charge
• From 46–60 minutes: additional $15 charge
• Additional time may continue in similar increments or be billed at $1 per minute at our discretion.
Airport Pickups
• We track incoming flights for airport pickups.
• Complimentary waiting time begins after actual flight landing time.
• Delays beyond reasonable time may incur waiting charges.
Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for full refund (excluding processing fees).
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• Deposits within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking (subject to approval).
• Changes made at least 90 minutes before pickup are free.
• Changes within 90 minutes may be subject to a $15 change fee.
No-Show Policy
• If the client is not present at the scheduled pickup location and cannot be reached, it will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
Service Conditions
• Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Incorrect details or last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
Conduct & Damages
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
• Cleaning or repair fees will be charged if required.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Chargebacks & Disputes
• By completing payment, you authorize the transaction and agree to these Terms.
• Any chargebacks without valid cause will be disputed with supporting documentation.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and possible legal action.
SMS Communication
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your booking, including confirmations and updates. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Rides Toronto shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
